Description
Promote your brand, products, services, or organization at the 2026 SCM Awards with an official Vendor Booth/Table. Vendor space is available to businesses, entrepreneurs, artists, authors, nonprofits, and community organizations looking to connect with attendees throughout the event.
Each Vendor Booth/Table includes:
• One (1) 6-foot vendor table
• Three (3) chairs
• Admission for up to three (3) vendor representatives
• Opportunity to display and sell approved merchandise and promotional materials
• Exposure to attendees, nominees, performers, media, and industry professionals
Important: Vendor Booth/Table purchases include admission for up to three (3) representatives. Additional team members, assistants, or guests must purchase a separate admission ticket.
Parking: Vendor Booth/Table purchases do not include reserved or VIP parking. Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the surrounding area, and additional paid parking options may be available near the venue.
Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are solely responsible for their merchandise, equipment, displays, cash, payment devices, promotional materials, and personal property. The SCM Awards, SCM Events, Jay Shields Promotions, Minglewood Hall, and their respective staff, affiliates, volunteers, and representatives are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced items.
Additional Information: Vendor spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, displays, signage, and merchandise. Electricity, internet access, and additional accommodations are not guaranteed and may require prior approval. Vendor assignments and setup instructions will be provided prior to the event.
